Delivery time across India:
🚚 4–7 business days after processing.
You'll receive tracking details automatically via email once your order ships. Didn’t get it? Make sure to check your spam or promotions folder — sometimes our mails like to hide!
🚨 Entered the wrong address?
No stress — just email us at customercare.meraci@gmail.com before your order ships and we’ll try our best to fix it.
Once it’s on the way, we won’t be able to make any changes.

Delivery Attempts & Returns
- If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order because you are unavailable at the time of delivery, they will make up to three (3) delivery attempts.
If the order remains undelivered after all three attempts, it will be returned to us automatically. - For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed after deducting the two-way shipping charges.
- For partial COD (cash on delivery) orders, the prepaid amount will not be refunded in case the parcel returns undelivered.
