Refund policy

Refunds

At Meraci.co.in, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. In rare cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue and the eligibility of the item.

Store credit refunds are only provided under the following conditions:

  • Major quality issues not covered under our exchange policy

  • Damaged product received

  • Item is out of stock after purchase and cannot be fulfilled

Please note: We do not offer refunds for size issues, style preferences, or change of mind.

If a refund is approved, the store credit will be issued within 2–3 working days.


RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Can I cancel or return my order?

All orders placed on Meraci.co.in  are final. Once your payment is processed and the order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations or returns.

Doesn’t fit? Want to exchange?

We get it—sizing can be tricky. If your outfit doesn’t fit right, we offer one-time exchanges for size issues on eligible products. A flat ₹125 shipping charge applies.

Exchange Eligibility Checklist:

  • Request must be made within 3 calendar days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact

  • Exchange is allowed only for size-related concerns on size-based products

  • We do not allow exchanges for a different product or design

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We’ll inspect the item once received and update you on the exchange status


WARRANTY

We take quality seriously. All our garments are covered under a quality assurance warranty for manufacturing defects for up to 3 days from the date of delivery, provided the item was purchased from our official store: www.meraci.co.in

What’s Covered:

  • Stitching defects

  • Fabric tears that occurred before use

  • Major misprints or wrong product delivery

  • Fitting errors only in made-to-order or custom size items (if proven)

What’s Not Covered:

  • Size-related issues (covered under exchange, not warranty)

  • Damage due to washing, ironing, or personal wear & tear

  • Slight color variations (due to screen differences or fabric dyes)

  • Alterations done by the customer or any third party

How to Claim:

Email us at  meraci.customerservice@gmail.com  with your order number, issue details, and clear photos of the defect.

Delivery Attempts & Returns

  • If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order because you are unavailable at the time of delivery, they will make up to three (3) delivery attempts.
    If the order remains undelivered after all three attempts, it will be returned to us automatically.
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed after deducting the two-way shipping charges.
  • For partial COD (cash on delivery) orders, the prepaid amount will not be refunded in case the parcel returns undelivered.
